RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.shopjewelryfactory.com. All store purchases may only be returned to Jewelry Factory Stores. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Please note all final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original package with all parts attached.
To request a Return form, please email us or call us. Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). No credits will be given if the items are returned without a return form.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 5 days from the received date and store credit will be given. For damaged returns, please only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) regular mail if you wish to be given credit for shipping costs. Any other shipping method will NOT be reimbursed.
We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
